skynetMD.com Calorie Counter

The Calorie Counter health tool can count the Calories for one item, one meal, or an entire day. If you calculate a total daily number, such as at the end of the day before you go to bed, you should save it to your calendar or memo pad for comparison purposes. In order to lose weight, all things being equal, your 24 hour Calorie Counter number needs to be lower than your Calorie Requirement number on a daily basis.

Once you've made your selection(s) below, scroll to the end of the list and click the Calculate button to see your Answer.

Remember to match your portions to the amount of food actually consumed. For example, if you ate a 10 oz. steak, you should enter 2.5 servings of Steak, 4 oz.

Add selections from the appropriate food groups below. At each step, the skynetMD.com will compute the number of calories consumed and display them just below this paragraph.
